The promoter of this competition is Spika Australia, whose registered postal address is at PO Box 8038, Carrum Downs, VIC, 3201, Australia. The competition is open to residents of Australia, aged 18 years or over except employees of Spika and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. To enter the competition, entrants need to fill out the competition form located at https://www.spika.com.au/melb-4x4-show-2025 and submit the required fields. Entrants can qualify for a bonus entry if they submit their instagram handle and are following Spika.team on Instagram. Spika will not use your instagram handle for anything other than verifying that the handle is following the official Spika.team instagram account. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. Only one entry and one bonus entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same will be disqualified. Closing date for entry will be Monday 25th August 2025 at 11:59pm AEST. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be permitted. The winner will be chosen at random on Tuesday 26th August 2025 and will be notified via email within 7 days of the draw. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The winner will receive a prize valued at $1500rrp, which includes Scout Jacket & Pants, Microfleece Hoodie, Recon Pants, Enduro Athletic Top, Zamberlan 968 Target GTX Boots and a Drover II Pro Pack 35L. The winner will need to supply their clothing and shoe sizes in order to receive their price. In the event a size is unavailable a suitable replacement will be selected by Spika. The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control.
